СИНДРОМ МЕЛЬКЕРССОНА-РОЗЕНТАЛЬ У ДЕТЕЙ КАК ОРФАННОЕ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЕ: РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ, КЛИНИКА И МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ
Аннотация
В настоящей статье авторами ссылаясь на собственную практику, случая из практики, представлена информация о редко встречающемся синдроме у детей - Мелькерссона-Розенталя. Основываясь на результатах собственного клинического наблюдения, инструментальных и лабораторных исследований описаны клинические и диагностические критерии синдрома. Приводятся исторические и современные литературные данные редко встречающигося синдрома Мелькерссона-Розенталя. Авторы утверждают, что, заболевание начинается в период перехода от детского к подростковому возрасту, и после лечения прогрессирование заболевания замедляется, но не останавливается, что требует пристального наблюдения как педиатров так врачей общего профиля.
