БЫСТРАЯ ДИАГНОСТИКА ОСТРОГО СТРЕПТОКОККОВОГО ТОНЗИЛЛОФАРИНГИТА У ДЕТЕЙ
Аннотация
Это исследование посвящено острому тонзиллофарингиту (ОТФ). ОТФ вызывается бактериальным патогеном, β-гемолитическим стрептококком группы А (БГСА), который передается через воздух и поражает только человека. Он поражает до 40 % педиатрических пациентов, чаще всего у детей в школьном возрасте, когда их пик заболеваемости составляет 6–11 лет. Симптомы вирусной и стрептококковой этиологии ОТФ БГСА сходны, что делает диагностику сложной. Отмечено, что нерациональное использование антибактериальной терапии повышает риск антибиотикорезистентности, развития осложнений у пациентов и увеличивает нагрузку на медицинских работников и систему здравоохранения. Антибактериальное лечение острого стрептококкового тонзиллофарингита, которое проводится в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями, почти полностью устраняет БГСА в глотке, что значительно снижает вероятность развития осложнений. Обоснована важность активного внедрения диагностических тестов, позволяющих различать вирусные и стрептококковые причины ОТФ в короткие сроки (5–10 мин). Экспресс-тестирование, основанное на методе иммунохроматографии, является простым и надежным методом подтверждения стрептококковой этиологии ОТФ. Этот метод является «золотом стандартом» диагностики стрептококкового ОТФ и не требует дополнительного обучения медицинского персонала для его использования. Результаты экспресс-теста позволяют назначать лечение пациенту в нужное время.
