ENDOTELIAL DISFUNKSIYA - ABDOMINAL SEMIZLIGI BO‘LGAN BOLALARDA YURAK-QON TOMIR SHIKASTLANISHINING ERTA MARKERI
##plugins.themes.newtheme.article.abstract##
Semizligi bor bo‘lgan bolalarda endotelial disfunktsiya yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari rivojlanishining asosiy sindromi va ko‘rsatkichidir. Maqolada endotelial disfunktsiyada trimetilamin N-oksid (TMAO) darajasini aniqlashning prognostik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan, bu ko‘rsatkichni aniqlash o‘z vaqtida yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari asoratlari kelib chiqishining oldini olishga imkon beradi. Tadqiqot мaqsadi: abdominal semizlik bo‘lgan bolalar va o‘smirlarda endotelial disfunktsiyaning dastlabki markerlarini aniqlash va yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari xavfi rivojlanish omillarini baholash. Materiallar va usullar: kuzatuv ostida 7-18 yoshdagi abdominal semizlik bo‘lgan 55 nafar bolalar va o‘smirlar bo‘ldi. Hammaga antropometrik, umumklinik, lipid va uglevod spektrinining biokimyoviy tadqiqotlari o‘tkazildi. Plazmadagi тrimetilamin N-oksid (TMAO) darajasini immunoferment usuli bilan aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari: TMAO darajasini tana vazni va semirish darajasi bilan o‘rtasida bog‘liqlik aniqlandi. BA/buksa aylanasi nisbatining va TMAO darajasi o‘rtasida ijobiy korrelyatsiоn bog‘liklik belgilandi. TMAO darajasi bilan uglevod va lipid almashinuvi ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi korrelyatsiоn parallelliк insulinrezistentlik va yuqori zichlikdagi lipoprotein xolesterini darajalari bilan aniqlanildi. Xulosa: Abdominal semizlik bo‘lgan bolalarda TMAO darajasining oshishi uning yurak-qon tomir xavfi asoratlarining rivojlanishiga hissa qo‘shishini ko‘rsatadi.
