SEMIZLIKNING BOLALARDA YURAK-QON TOMIR TIZIMIGA TA’SIRI
Abstrakt
Semizlik - dunyodagi eng keng tarqalgan surunkali, noinfeksion kasalliklardan biridir. 2022 yilda dunyo bo‘ylab 5 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar o‘rtasida ortiqcha vazn va semizlik taxminan 37 millionda kuzatilgan. Hozirda sayyoramizning har to'rtinchi aholisi ortiqcha vazn yoki semizlikdan aziyat chekadi. Dunyo bo‘ylab bolalar va o‘smirlar populyatsiyasi orasida ortiqcha tana massasiga ega bemorlar sonining tobora ko'payib borishi kuzatilmoqda. Jahon sog'liqni saqlash tashkiloti semirishni 21-asr epidemiyasi deb tan oldi. 2023 yilda dunyo bo‘ylab taxminan 23 foiz, 18 yosh va undan katta odamlar semizlikdan a`ziyat chekganlar. 1990 yildan 2022 yilgach bo‘lgan davrda semizlikning tarqalishi ikki barobardan xam oshgan. Ortiqcha vazn bir vaqtlar faqat boy davlatlar muammosi deb qaralgan bo‘lsa, xozirda uning tarqalishi o‘rtach va past daromadli davlatlarda xam oshib bormoqda. Afrikada 5 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar o‘rtasida ortiqcha vazn 2000 yillardan boshlab 23% gacha oshishi kuzatilgan. 2022 yillarda O‘rta Osiyo xududida 5 yoshgach bo‘lgan bolalarning deyarli yarimida ortiqcha tana vazni va semizligi qayd etilgan.
